USB Gadgets and Toys
Developers invent various things both for fun and for work. USB Toys are gadgets that use the electrical power from the USB ports of computers.
It can be of different types: Office toy that is used in the office and USB Panic Button Toy used by office workers to create a temporary screen-saver in order not to be caught by the boss as he/she is playing games on the computer instead of working. Both types are used for fun and in some ways they can pack a punch.
Let’s define the notion of USB. It stands for ‘Universal Serial Bus’ and has become the solution for a computer interface that can work everywhere. The USB Port is compatible for all versions of Windows since Windows 98SE (XP, Vista, Windows 7). It is also available for every computing device that was built in the past few years. USB devices and USB Toys can transmit power with the help of a 5V (volts) supply on a single wire.
Initially The USB connector was designed to replace serial and parallel ports on computers but with the invention of the USB Port, it became possible to connect using just one type of the port on the computer. Even printers, mice and keyboards can be connected via USB. It was not planed to power tows with the help of USB ports
As USB Toys are small in size, they can be powered with the help of the USB Port and they are also cheap. Such toys can be a good gift.
